• Continue to develop innovative projects and programmes for young people to meet their needs.
• Create inspirational opportunities for local young people and their families.
• Develop relevant partnerships with local and national organisations.
• Create a culture of service improvement through active listening and timely response to young people’s views.
• Support young people to remain in school/education or internship, develop entrepreneurial skills, in their free time and in their community.
• Encourage thinking around money management and financial assistance.
• Look at ways to provide support for parents/carers and their children.

Currently AIM121 Supports over 100 young people and their families and over the next three years, our key priorities will be to continue our support offer to local young people and their families and carers ,through the current settings: including, in their community and in their homes.

The goal of AIM121 is to support parents as well as young people to facilitate a positive physical and emotional environment in which the young person can thrive through value, adding experiences to realise their full potential.

AIM 121 offers practical, social, and emotional help to enable stronger families, healthy friendships through strategic networking, build self confidence and realise capabilities. To be happier young people positively, impacting the community and inspiring fellow youths.
